ABOUT ME

I tell stories that capture the character of Central Florida, focusing on the moments that define its communities. I am the 2026 Scripps Howard Fund intern at Oviedo Community News, serving the Oviedo and Winter Springs areas. I previously served as the men’s basketball beat reporter and College of Sciences reporter for UCF’s student newspaper, The Charge. My work has also appeared in The Community Paper, which covers about 34 Orlando neighborhoods. I am working toward a B.A. in Print/Digital Journalism at the University of Central Florida, with an expected graduation in Fall 2026.

Oviedo advances Reformed Seminary school student housing proposal
